Introduction

eDofE is the Duke of Edinburgh Award tracking facility. It has replaced the old record books.

How to Use eDofE

A brief description is given below:

Log in - it is important that you make a note of your login details. These will have been sent to the email address you used on your registration from.
Details - Fill in your contact details.
Timescales - decide the overall timescales. See Bronze, Silver or Gold for details.
My DofE - click on the heading in the left hand column and specify what you want to do for each section. See Volunteering, Physical, Skills, Expedition, and Residential (Gold only) for details.
Evidence - fill in your Keeping Track booklet for each section, then scan in and submit for approval. Each section must have both participant's and assessor's comments and signatures.
When approved, submit each section for approval.

Once all sections have been approved, your D of E is considered complete and is submitted to Surrey for final signoff.

Note: If you are completing your Gold Award, you must also fill in a Gold Notification Form and return it to school.
